College of Southern Maryland Athletes Shine in P.A.S.S Program 3.0

The College of Southern Maryland (CSM) is proud to celebrate the achievements of its student-athletes who have excelled in academics, leadership, and community involvement. These outstanding athletes have earned a place in the prestigious P.A.S.S (Pursuing Academic and Social Success) Program 3.0 Club, recognizing their commitment to both their athletic pursuits and academic excellence.

The P.A.S.S Program 3.0 Club honors student-athletes who maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA while demonstrating leadership, sportsmanship, and dedication to their respective teams. This recognition serves as a testament to the hard work and discipline these athletes exhibit on and off the field, court, and track.

Women's Soccer:

The Women's Soccer team has had an exceptional group of athletes who have not only excelled on the field but also in the classroom. Kylie Smith, Aniya Tucker, Sofia Larsen, and Zoi Whitsett have all made significant contributions to their team's success while maintaining the academic standards required for this recognition.

Men's Basketball:

In Men's Basketball, the team continues to impress both in the game and in the classroom. Malik Acker, Isiah Alexander, James Hans, and Nathan Monkoup Mefire have been recognized for their ability to balance their athletic commitments with rigorous academic achievements, setting an example for future athletes.

Baseball:

The Baseball team boasts a talented group of individuals who have made the P.A.S.S 3.0 Club. Dylan Hannah, Henry Itani, Rylan Langley, Mason McReynolds, Yuni Pena, Waldy Reyes, and Davey Reynolds have demonstrated leadership and excellence, both on the diamond and in their studies. Their dedication reflects the high standards of the CSM athletics program.

Softball:

Softball athletes Emily Dove, Katelyn Tkach, Kitty Shrewsbury, Kyla Istvan, Laci Johnson, and Megan Chroniger are recognized for their outstanding academic accomplishments. These players have displayed an unwavering commitment to success, both in their sport and in their pursuit of academic excellence.

Volleyball:

The Volleyball team has shown resilience and focus both on the court and in the classroom. Katy Swanson and Meghan Pullen are exemplary student-athletes who have earned their place in the P.A.S.S 3.0 Club through their academic achievements and leadership.

Men's Soccer:

The Men's Soccer team continues to demonstrate exceptional academic and athletic prowess. Brandon Rollins, Zion Abdullah, Amit Bhattarai, Bailey Kindall, Bryce Wilcher, Joe Whitten, and Wiktor Blachowicz have all made the P.A.S.S 3.0 Club, showing that excellence on the field goes hand-in-hand with excellence in the classroom.
