A Message from the President

At the College of Southern Maryland, athletics are an essential part of the student experience and our Hawks community. We are proud to field competitive teams in women’s soccer, men’s soccer, volleyball, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, baseball, softball, and golf.

Our student-athletes inspire us with their talent, hard work, and dedication, not just on the court or field, but in the classroom and in the community. They balance rigorous academic schedules with practices, travel, and competition, developing leadership, discipline, and teamwork that will serve them for a lifetime.

Their success is possible because of the outstanding support they receive from our coaches, staff, and the fans who cheer them on. Together, they have built a tradition of achievement, sportsmanship, and Hawk pride that reflects the very best of CSM.

Thank you for supporting our student-athletes and our Hawks teams. I look forward to seeing you at our games and celebrating every victory, on and off the field.
